Under the inspiring theme "Sports for Growth, Skills for Life," Greenhill Academy Primary School successfully held its much-anticipated 2026 Sports Day at the school's Kibuli campus. The event, held in two sessions for Primary One to Primary Four and Primary Five to Primary Seven, brought together pupils, parents, teachers, alumni and friends of the school for a memorable day filled with competition, excitement and celebration.

The colourful morning began with a grand procession, followed by prayers, the national and school anthems, and a vibrant parade by the six colour houses. The Head Teacher, Mr. Ekiri Whalice, welcomed guests and participants, reminding learners that sport is an important avenue for developing discipline, resilience, teamwork and leadership. The Rector, Mrs. J. V. Maraka, encouraged every child to participate wholeheartedly, emphasizing that true success lies in giving one's best effort.
